Eric M. Schlimgen is an Associate at Clayborne, Loos & Sabers LLC. He practices in the areas of domestic relations, business litigation, personal injury, and criminal defense. Prior to joining Clayborne, Loos & Sabers LLC Eric served as the Fourth Judicial Circuit Law Clerk.

During law school Eric was active on the Moot Court and Trial Team competing in several nation-wide tournaments. While at the University of South Dakota he also obtained a Masters of Public Administration and started a food recovery program which provides weekly meals to the Vermillion food pantry. Eric is a third-generation Rapid City resident and is excited to return to the Black Hills. In his free time he enjoys mountain biking, playing guitar and volunteering.
