Michael K. Sabers from the law firm of Clayborne, Loos & Sabers, LLP, appeared in front of the South Dakota Supreme Court on April 24, 2024, in the matter of Epic Outdoor Advertising vs. The City of Rapid City. Mr. Sabers was arguing on behalf Epic Outdoor Advertising that a regulatory scheme enacted by the City of Rapid City was illegal. Mr. Sabers asked the five Supreme Court Justices to reverse the dismissal of the case and to allow a trial to proceed. A decision is expected later this year.
